STEP 1: PTAYER POSE- PRANAMASANA
Stand at the end of your yoga mat and keeping your both the foot together and then to distribute the weight on both the feet. Breathe in and lift both of your arms up from the side. It activates your feet and stand straight and it activates your legs.
STEP 2: RAISED ARMS POSE- HASTAUTTANASANA
This is done in the following way, breathe in and lifting your arms up and towards back. Make an effort in order to stretch your body.
STEP 3: HAND TO FOOT POSE- HASTA PADASANA
Breathe out and start bending yourself forward from your waist while keeping your spine straight. Touch the floor with the help of your hands and keep your legs straight. It stretches the legs and keeps your hands motionless in the same position.
STEP 4: EQUESTRIAN POSE- ASHWA SANCHALASANA
Breathe in and push your right leg as far as back possible, bringing your right knee on the floor and slowly look up. It is to keep in mind that your left foot is exactly In between the palms.
STEP 5: STICK POSE- DANSASANA
Breathe in and take out your left leg back and it makes the whole body in the straight line, keeping your arms erect to the floor.
STEP 6: SALTUTE WITH EIGHT PARTS OF POINTS- ASHTANGA NAMASKARA
Bring your kneed down to the floor and exhale, slightly take your hips back and slide forward. Relax the chin and the chest on the floor, elevating your posture posterior. Eight parts of the body includes two hands, two feet, two knees, chest and chin should touch the ground.
STEP 7: COBRA POSE: BHUJANGASANA
Slide forward and raise your chest up into the cobra pose. Keeping the elbows bent and fixed in that pose. Shoulders should be away from ears and slowly look up. It is important to make sure that you are stretching your body as much as you can.
STEP 8: MOUNTAIN POSE- PARVATASANA
Breath out and lift your hips as well as your tail bone up. Chest towards down to create and inverted V pose. Gradually go deeper to stretch your body.
STEP 9: EQUESTRAIN POSE- ASHWA SANCHALANASANA
Breathe in and bring your foot forward between two hand. Bring your left knee down to the ground and then look up. You need to moderate the effort in order to push your hips towards the ground.
STEP 10: HAND TO FOOT POSE-HASTA PADASANA
Breath out and bring your left foot forwards. Keeping your plan on the ground. You can bend you knees to feel comfortable.
STEP 11: RAISED ARMS POSE- HASTAUTTANASANA
Breath in ND roll your spine up. Put your hands up and back towards little bit. Stretch your body as much as you can.
STEP 12: STANDING MOUNTAIN POSE-TADASANA
Exhale and Straighten your body. Being your arms down. Relax in yoga pose and observe the sensation that the Surya namaskar has brought in your body.
