Suicide is not the solution to any problem.It just kills you, but not the problems, not the thoughts you are having.The best way to not get suicidal thoughts is to talk.Talk to the people you are close with.Even if you are close, but still can’t share with some stranger. He/she will not judge you.They will even forget you after a few days or months, but trust me, this will make you feel good.Sharing thoughts is nice.We all know our brain works 24 hours a day. We can’t stop the time when the brain is thinking about the worst, but we can change our thoughts and change things going on in our minds.Talking to someone can help us, but still, if you don’t want to talk to someone, then you should start talking to yourself.Make yourself believe I have to do this; think of all the possible things that you think can happen with that particular thing or think.This will make you strong to fight in that fight.When that thing will happen to you,It will not hurt you as your mind already knows it also can happen.Only EXPECTATIONS hurts the most.By talking to yourself, these EXPECTATIONS will be nothing.This is how also you can change thoughts in your mind.Last but not least,Depression is something that affects everyone, not only the person(who is suffering from it).We all need to spread love.People everywhere in the world are depressed, some because of their career, their love life, or because of some people in life who they don’t like.All we need to do is to spread LOVE,TALK WITH SOMEONE,TALK WITH SOME STRANGERS,TALK WITH OURSELVES.Thank you!!•kanishka
